Terms and Conditions
Prizes:
07.12.2007-06.01.2008 : 5 KLM branded gifts every week (umbrellas, caps, cups, jet models, note -blocks, woman beauticians, computer mouses and rucksacks)
07.01.2008-25.01.2008 : 2 KLM tickets to Amsterdam and 5 KLM branded gifts (umbrellas, caps, cups, jet models, note -blocks, woman beauticians, computer mouses and rucksacks)

Rules of the game
The contest:
•To win, a player must fill in the required fields, click on a gift box and find one of the gifts.
•For each visit to the KLM Game site, the participant may play only once and be eligible to win only once.
•After playing, participants can provide the names and e-mail addresses of friends, relatives and colleagues in order to allow them to play the Game. These people will automatically receive an e-mail from the original participant inviting them to play the Game. As soon as they log on to the KLM Game site, the original participant will receive an e-mail from this person with a link to the site at which he/she will have a new chance to play.
•Winner is requested to fill in his/her e-mail address after playing. This is necessary for making arrangements to award the prize.
Winning and prizes:
• Winners must be residents of Russia.
• Winners will be contacted by means of email from their local KLM office within one week after the end of the KLM Scratch & Win Competition.
• KLM ticket will be booked in consultation with the winner and is subject to availability.
• The ticket is an Economy class ticket by KLM. The general conditions of carriage are applicable to the KLM tickets.
• Travel period is 6 months, starting from 20 January – 20 May 2008.
• Once the reservation has been made, (Provided there are seats available), no alterations to dates and names will be permitted.
• Travel must start and end in Russia.
• The prize is valid only for the winners, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Ticket is exclusive all applicable taxes and/or surcharges, which will be borne by the winning contestant.
• KLM will not be responsible or liable for any additional travel costs and/or expenses the winner incurs in connection with the participation in this contest, and acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
General conditions:
• The participants accept and understand that they will be subscribed to the KLM Newsletter, at no cost to themselves. The recipient may unsubscribe from this facility at any time via either KLM.com or via the Newsletter. The participants take all responsibility for inviting people and giving their e-mail addresses.
• The participants gives KLM the right to use their names in promotional activities related to this contest.
• The details submitted will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the email account provided.
• Employees of KLM, any KLM related companies, associated partners and persons connected to the contest are excluded from participation.
• All entrants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of entry and in possession of a valid passport.
• KLM reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or of illegal influence.
• Participants who supply incorrect personal data can not win prizes.
• The results from the prize is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• KLM can not be held responsible for any network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may result in restricted delayed or lost entries.
• KLM reserves the right to terminate the contest or change any of the rules, prizes, terms, conditions or information at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
