Rules of the game
The contest:
• To win, a player must fill in the required fields & scratch the globes and find the klm logos.
• The player who plays the 1000th game will be the winner.
• For each visit to the KLM Scratch & Win Game site, the participant may play only once and be eligible to win only once.
• After playing, participants can provide the names and email addresses of friends, relatives and colleagues in order to allow them to play the KLM Scratch & Win Game. These people will automatically receive an email from the original participant inviting them to play the KLM Scratch & Win Game. As soon as they log on to the KLM Scratch & Win Game site, the original participant will receive an email from this person with a link to the site at which he/she will have a new chance to play KLM's KLM Scratch & Win Game.
• Winners are requested to fill in their e-mail address after playing. This is necessary for making arrangements to award the prize.
Winning and prizes:
• Winners must be residents of Turkey
• Winners will be contacted by means of email from their local KLM office within one week after the end of the KLM Scratch & Win Game.
• Tickets will be booked in consultation with the winners and are subject to availability. Excluded travel days are the days around peak periods; Christmas, Easter, summer etc…
• All tickets are Economy class tickets on flights operated by KLM or partners. The general conditions of carriage are applicable to the KLM tickets.
• Travel must be completed within half a year after the winner has been contacted by email by KLM.
• Once the reservation has been made, (Provided there are seats available), no alterations to dates and names will be permitted.
• Travel must start and end in Turkey.
• The prizes are valid only for the winners, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Tickets are exclusive all applicable taxes and/or surcharges, which will be borne by the winning contestant.
• KLM will not be responsible or liable for any additional travel costs and/or expenses the winner incurs in connection with the participation in this contest, and acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
General conditions:
• By subscribing to this contest, the e-mail address, gender, name, date of birth, country of residence and language preference of the participant will be stored.
• The participant accepts and understands that they will be subscribed to the KLM Newsletter, at no cost to themselves. The recipient may un-subscribe from this facility at any time via either KLM.com or via the Newsletter.
• The participants gives KLM the right to use their names in promotional activities related to this contest.
• The details submitted will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the email account provided.
• Employees of KLM, any KLM related companies, associated partners and persons connected to the contest are excluded from participation.
• All entrants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of entry.
• KLM reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed fraudulent or of illegal influence.
• Participants who supply incorrect personal data can not win prizes.
• The results from the prize is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• KLM can not be held responsible for any network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may result in restricted delayed or lost entries.
• KLM reserves the right to terminate the contest or change any of the rules, prizes, terms, conditions or information at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

• Dutch law is applicable to this contest.
